Historic Nice

If you saunter down the picturesque NARROW STREETS of the Old Town, you’ll no doubt stumble across a secret square where you can sit and enjoy a PISSALADIERE and a glass of rosé. Starting from Massena Square and its red OCHRE-fronted buildings, you can head off and visit the town’s many museums.

Massena Square

This large square is the ideal place to start your visit of the Old Town. With its arches and its red-fronted buildings, the square is charming and charismatic! It is in fact here that the Nice carnival is held every year!

Saint Nicolas’ Cathedral

No, you’re not in Moscow, you’re still in Nice… even though the architecture of this church with its dome-topped towers suggests otherwise! Listed as a Historical Monument, this church, with its many icons, frescoes and woodwork, is one of the most beautiful examples of Russian religious architecture outside Russia.
